The health and safety of my clients is extremely important to me. Please ensure you read fully prior to booking.
I am acting to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please ensure that if you or anyone in your household is showing any COVID-19 symptoms, do not arrange an appointment until the recommended self-isolation time has passed.
If you have already booked an appointment but develop symptoms in the meantime, please get in contact so we can re-arrange you appointment to a later date.
To ensure I am doing everything possible to keep my clients safe, I will be wearing PPE to each appointment. You will be required to wear a mask on your appointment, as current guidelines state this should be the case when you are within 2metres of anyone. If you do not have a mask I can provide a disposable one on the day. I would be very grateful if you could also ask anyone who would be in your home on the time of the appointment to make sure 2 metre distance is kept at all times please.
My equipment is disinfected before each client. This includes my car and my kit bags. I will also wipe down any surfaces used before and after the appointment to ensure this is sanitised for all of our safety.
Prior to my visit:
When booking, please note that you may require a different service than usual due to the extended time since your last appointment. A consultation will be required before any appointments are booked in. This will help us understand how much time will be required & also give us both a better understanding on what needs to be done. I will be carrying out a skin test on your consultation appointment, to ensure you are safe to have the products I use.
These are extremely difficult times and I ask that you respect the few temporary measures in place to keep us all safe. I will still greet you with a warm friendly welcome but unfortunately without the handshaking or hugs!
